Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Retail Security Officer for ASDA Hamilton - ML3. You will protect people and assets, deliver excellent customer service, and follow Mitie and ASDA values. Full training is provided, including MAYBO and on-site support through the NOC.

Qualifications

• SIA licensed security officer preferred
• Strong communication across all levels
• Demonstrated reliability with a 5-year work history
• Ability to renew frontline licence ahead of expiry
• Experience in customer service and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK law and Mitie policies.
• Engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and use provided tech.
• Complete tasks on site per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain incident notebooks.
