Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer for sites in Sunderland and Killingworth/ Newcastle. You will deter crime, respond to incidents and work with local authorities, while delivering professional customer service.

A valid SIA licence is required, with full training provided. Shift pattern includes 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly, with a rate of £12.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA licence to apply.
• 5-year checkable work or education history.
• Full training will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Respond to incidents and complete incident reports.
• Collaborate with local authorities as required.
• Digitally report incidents using tablets/phones.
• Carry out guarding duties while maintaining customer service.
