Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Warrington. The role involves patrolling the shop floor, deterring crime, and reporting incidents to support the client and local authorities.

A valid SIA licence is essential and full training is provided for those new to retail security. You will be required to manage vulnerable persons with empathy, liaise with management, and complete detailed incident reports.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Previous experience in a Retail Security role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must be able to provide a full 5-year checkable work or education history.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports.
• Collaborate with local authorities and the client to support security operations.
• Patrol the shop floor, identify vulnerabilities, and minimise risk.
• Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with company policy.
• Digitally report incidents and use devices for daily planning.
