Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Sunderland to provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and compile detailed reports for the client and local authorities. The role requires a valid SIA licence and a 5-year verifiable history.

Training will be provided to successful applicants. The position offers a 41-hour week with a shift pattern including evenings and weekends, and an hourly rate of £13.45.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Applicants must provide a full 5-year checkable work or education history.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the shop floor, deter crime and maintain a visible security presence.
• Assess vulnerabilities and proactively minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities as required.
• Complete detailed incident reports for clients and authorities.
• Respond to incidents and enquiries in a professional, respectful manner.
• Digitally report incidents and use provided devices for daily planning.
