Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is hiring a Retail Security Officer in London. You will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports while collaborating with local authorities and store management.

A valid SIA licence is required, with full training provided for candidates new to retail security. Location is Norwood London with varied shift patterns; the role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for training and progression

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence required to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Patrol shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Assess vulnerabilities and minimise risk for each location.
• Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and avoid causing distress.
• Conduct colleague and contractor searches as required.
• Digitally report incidents and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
• Provide detailed incident reports to assist the Client and Local Authorities.
