Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) in Shirley, Birmingham seeks a Relief Retail Security Officer to deter crime, respond to incidents, and document events for client stores. You will patrol, assess risks, and liaise with management and local authorities as required.

The role offers 41 hours per week on a two-week rota, with an hourly rate of 13.05, and requires a valid SIA licence, plus a five-year checkable work/education history and right-to-work documents.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Retail security experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• You must be able to provide a full five-year checkable work or education history.
• Applicants must bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to interview.

Responsabilités

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Respond to incidents and complete incident reports.
• Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
• Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones for daily activity planning.
• Produce detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities.
