Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Coventry. The role delivers visible deterrence, incident response and detailed reporting across a busy retail site.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA licence, can provide a five-year checkable history, and brings a customer‑facing, calm, professional approach. Full training is provided and you must have the right to work documents for the interview.

Formación

• You must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Retail security experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Five-year checkable work or education history required.
• Right to work documentation and a recent proof of address must be provided at interview.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a visible deterrent and respond to incidents on site.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities as appropriate.
• Carry out guarding duties in-store, patrolling, assessing vulnerabilities and minimizing risk.
• Report incidents digitally using tablets or phones and produce detailed incident reports.
