Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Carlisle to deter crime, respond to incidents, and report thoroughly. You will patrol stores, assess risks, and work with local authorities, management, and colleagues to keep customers and staff safe.

You must hold a valid SIA licence, be able to provide a five-year checkable history, and bring right-to-work documents. Training will be provided for applicants with retail security experience.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence is required.
• 5-year checkable work history (or back to school history) is required.
• Right to work documents and proof of address to bring to interview.

Responsabilités

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
• Assess vulnerabilities and work to minimise risk.
• Liaise with management and local authorities as needed.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and without distress.
• Conduct searches of colleagues and contractors when required, per policy.
• Digitally report incidents and use devices for daily activity planning.
• Provide detailed incident reports to assist the Client and Local Authorities.
