Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) in Birmingham is recruiting a Retail Security Officer to deter crime, protect customers and staff, and maintain a secure store environment. You will patrol the shop floor, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports, liaising with local authorities when needed.

A valid SIA licence and a five-year checkable history are required, along with right-to-work documents.

Formación

• You must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Retail security experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• You must be able to provide a full five-year checkable work or education history.
• Applicants must bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to the interview.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, and collaborate with local authorities.
• Carry out guarding duties in-store, patrol the shop floor, and identify vulnerabilities.
• Produce detailed incident reports and digitally log activities using tablets or phones.
