Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Derby. The role involves providing a visible deterrence, responding to incidents and completing detailed incident reports, while collaborating with local authorities and management.

A current SIA licence is required, with training provided for in-store operations. You will carry out access control, loss prevention, patrols, and participate in CCTV reviews for stock loss investigations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA licence to apply.
• Experience in Retail Security is an advantage but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence in-store and respond to incidents.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities as required.
• Carrying out access control, gatehouse and reception duties and directing visitors.
• Conduct site patrols, CCTV review, and assist stock loss investigations.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities policies are followed.
