Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

Responsibilities

• You'll help keep our stores safe and secure, including preventing loss and responding to incidents.
• Identify risks and support safe ways of working to protect the environment.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support operations.
• Stay calm under pressure and act professionally in challenging situations.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and provide support.
