Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
• Prevent loss, respond to incidents, and identify risks to protect store assets.
• Use store technology and body-worn cameras to support operations and incident management.
• Stay calm under pressure and act professionally in all situations.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and a positive environment.
