• A valid SIA licence desirable, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, customer-focused security presence to keep stores safe and secure.
• Assist with loss prevention, incidents and risk identification.
• Operate store technology and reporting systems to support store operations and incident management.
• Stay calm and professional in challenging situations and emergencies.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards and adapt to changing store needs.
