Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert and ready to respond to incidents
• Provide welcoming, professional support to customers and colleagues
• Help keep stores safe and secure, prevent loss and respond to incidents
• Use store technology and body-worn cameras to support operations and incident management
• Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain high standards and a positive environment
