Job summary

BardWood Support Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Newport retail store. You will patrol premises, monitor points of entry, and respond to disturbances to protect staff and customers.

The role requires a valid SIA license, a 5-year career history, and the ability to handle pressure. Flexibility to meet client requirements is essential, with a permanent transfer after 12 weeks and extensive benefits on completion.

Qualifications

• SIA License required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a security role is advantageous.
• Physically fit for the tasks.

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, monitoring entry and exit points.
• Confidently calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

Title – Retail Security Officer

Pay Rate – 13.10 PH

Location – Newport

Shift Timings – Must Be Flexible As Per Clients Requirement

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:
