Job summary

Lidl is seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer for the Midsomer Norton store. You will maintain a visible security presence, deter theft and loss, and support colleagues and customers with a safety-first mindset.

Key responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, liaising with authorities when required, and delivering excellent customer service across shifts, including weekends. Full uniform is provided and ongoing training is available.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team at LIDL Midsomer Norton. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused security professional who is passionate about maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment. You will play a vital role in protecting store assets, reducing stock loss, deterring criminal activity, and supporting colleagues and customers throughout the day.

Working as part of the wider store team, you will provide a highly visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring company procedures are followed at all times.
