Job summary

BardWood is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Harworth. You will patrol premises, monitor entry/exit and respond to incidents, ensuring safety for staff and visitors. Flex shift times are required to meet client needs.

The role offers a starting pay rate of 13.10 per hour and a 12-week transfer to the client with benefits including SIA license renewal, cycle to work, salary sacrifice tech purchases, and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• SIA License.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

Shift Timings – Must be fully flexible as per clients requirements

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.
