Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence Door Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Directly line manage, motivate, and inspire Security Officers to achieve high standards.
• Conduct regular team briefings and cascade updates from Security Operations Manager.
• Set clear performance goals and daily responsibilities for the team.
• Address conduct, uniform, or punctuality issues promptly and fairly.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding frontline officers and support staff.
• Provide professional security service in line with site instructions and procedures.
• Complete incident reports and maintain detailed notebook entries.
• Liaise with emergency services and Mitie's Control Centre as required.
