Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) in Lincoln is seeking a capable supervisor-level candidate to lead a team in a busy boutique. You will guide customer service from browsing to purchase, share product stories, and help colleagues achieve their targets while maintaining store standards.

You bring experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail, a passion for the Feel-Good Experience, strong organisation, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or team leader experience in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail; organised and structured approach.
• Ability to guide others and be a role model in customer interactions.
