Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven full-time BMW New Car Retail Sales Manager to help lead our New Car Sales team at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd. You’ll be a key part of the department’s success – owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued.
This role involves active presence on the showroom floor, challenging the team’s daily activity, identifying new leads through eMaster, service, and CRM tools, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through to handover. Our centre recently finished 4th nationally for customer satisfaction, and we aim to improve further.
We are committed to developing future leaders from within. You’ll receive hands-on support and mentorship from the New Car Sales Manager with a focus on building the next generation of management talent.
