About the Role:
As a RetailSales Manager focusing on transactions, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:
- Managing andsupporting a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve theirindividual targets, whilst maintaining full compliance with the salesprocess.
- Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialistin your area, including up-to-date product knowledge.
- Being integral inchampioning and maintaininga culture of customer service excellence.
- Positively impactand contribute to the performance of the sales department, throughidentifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Maximising uponevery available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediateteam and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of anyrelevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
- Utilising enquirymanagement systems to ensure that the expectations and requirements ofcustomers are consistently delivered upon by the Sales Executives.
- Being an advocate ofthe Audi brand and championing the products to generate interest andensure sustained customer commitment.
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
- Demonstrable successin achieving team and departmental targets
- Strongorganisational skills with the ability to efficiently meet deadlines,whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Full UK drivinglicence
- Previous experienceworking within a franchised automotive dealership or with a VAG Brand
