Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) is seeking a Retail Sales Performance Insight Analyst in Milton Keynes to drive retailer performance through data, reporting and commercial insight. The role focuses on delivering meaningful insights across sales, renewals, aftersales and finance to support strategic decisions.

You will build and maintain reporting using Tableau Prep/Desktop and Excel, monitor data quality, and provide actionable insights to improve dealer performance across 800+ dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical, insight, reporting or business intelligence role.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including experience with Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Experience producing performance reporting, dashboards and insights for commercial decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong numerical, problem-solving and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and develop reporting and insight solutions using Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, Excel and other data tools to support sales performance.
• Produce regular and ad hoc analysis across dealer network, monitoring performance KPIs.
• Monitor data quality, investigate queries and resolve reporting issues for accuracy.
• Support sales forecasting, performance tracking and dealer performance reviews with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Regional Development Consultants, Sales Compliance, Heads of Sales and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate findings.
• Manage competing priorities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
