Job summary

AO Retail Limited is seeking a data analyst to turn numbers into actionable insights for the Sales and Mobiles teams in the UK. You will handle chunky datasets, track KPIs, and drive improvements through data-led recommendations. The role emphasizes clarity, speed, and helping others succeed.

You'll frequently build and refine Power BI dashboards using SQL and Excel to ensure a single source of truth for performance data, supporting forecasting and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Analyses key KPIs and spotting trends to improve sales performance.
• Owns and maintains operational reports and end-of-day updates.
• Builds, maintains and refines dashboards for performance data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse KPIs such as Sales Conversion, Plan Conversion, SVL, AHT, ASA, CSAT.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for coaching and sales improvement.
• Maintain all operational reports and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and enhance dashboards to provide a single version of truth.
