Drive, backed by Volkswagen Financial Services, seeks a commercially minded Business Insights Analyst to drive proactive intelligence across sales, marketing, and engineering. You will move from static reporting to interactive visualisations and data storytelling to inform decisions for the whole organisation.

You’ll own dashboards, forecast leads, sales, revenue, and profit; partner with department heads; and build data foundations with data engineers.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a business/data/operations analyst in a digitally driven business.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics and BI platforms (Hex/Looker Studio/Tableau).
• Experience forecasting and building business cases and scenarios.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement clarification.

• Anticipate strategic data needs of commercial teams to deliver insights.
• Structure complex business problems into defined analytical tasks.
• Propose actionable recommendations based on data interpretation.
• Track and calibrate outcomes of implemented strategies.
