About the Role:

As our Retail Sales Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind customer acquisition across the UK and Europe, working across a portfolio of premium health and wellness brands. This hybrid role will see you splitting your time between our London office, working from home, and occasional travel for client meetings and events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retail partnerships in health clubs, tennis clubs, independent pharmacies and specialist / luxury retailers (think H&B, Planet Organic, Wholefoods, Selfridges, Harrods, and beyond).
  • Building relationships and brand partnerships, with some crossover between all three brands.
  • Supporting event management and representing our brands at industry events, launches, and wellness experiences.
  • Maintaining and updating sales trackers, managing your pipeline, and reporting on progress.
  • Writing compelling client proposals and sales pitches.
  • Collaborating closely with our brand founders and owners to shape and execute the sales strategy.

Who You Are:

  • An accomplished sales professional, with a track record of exceeding targets (ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).
  • Skilled at building lasting relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive – you love taking ownership of your work.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working, and able to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and inspired by the idea of making a positive difference in people’s lives.
  • Experience in event management or with premium brands is a plus.
