Job summary

PUMA is seeking a store leader to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service at the Ellesmere Port location. You will oversee operations, merchandising, stock, and reporting while upholding brand standards and compliance.

The role requires people leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to achieving targets. You will work on the shop floor, manage daily routines, and collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of Puma products, store policies, and pricing.
• Ability to drive sales KPIs and profitability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills on the sales floor.
• Effective teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
• Analytical skills to assess performance and opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability on the floor.
• Proficiency with retail software and POS systems.
• Awareness of safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote sales culture within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.
• Lead sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare goods for sale, check names, quantities, prices, and labeling.
• Arrange and display goods according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock availability, check quality and pricing on the floor.
• Manage stock levels, counts, and product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights for performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
