Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• High standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and pre-sale preparation.
• Manage stock, counts, and product availability on the floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team.
