Job summary

URBN's Anthropologie store in Leeds is seeking a senior store leader to drive performance and deliver an unimagined customer experience. You will oversee store operations, sales, service, product presentation, and visual merchandising while developing a high-performing team.

The role emphasises strategic leadership, succession planning, loss prevention, and collaboration with Visual teams to create a compelling atmosphere for customers, supported by strong people development and community

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss results.
• Proven track record in developing a management team and talent.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative back-of-house solutions.
• Understanding and appreciation of Anthropologie culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Develop Management team and succession plans for future growth.
• Manage performance development: appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company standards and be a strong leader and role model.
• Lead store goals, communicate objectives, and drive sales and customer care.
• Roll out new training and operational initiatives.
• Coach and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional service and merchandising.
• Oversee customer service and operations to maintain a positive store environment.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager on merchandising and shop floor plans.
• Monitor profitability and stock to maximise store performance.
