Bestway Wholesale in London is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic retail initiatives across the business, coordinating across Retail, Trading, Operations, Finance, IT and Marketing to realise benefits.

You will develop business cases, manage scope, cost and timelines, and drive adoption into BAU. The role suits a proactive, cross-functional leader with strong Excel/PowerPoint and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects or programmes in a commercial environment.
• Strong project planning and delivery skills with senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Commercial awareness and comfort with financial information & business cases.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies and delivery issues and drive them to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication and concise senior-management reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
