Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking an experienced Store Development Project Manager to lead store development projects across brands. This field-based role requires coordinating design specs, store refits and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will manage the Store Development Team's implementation of allocated projects, ensuring compliance with brand principles, RDG blueprints, safety standards and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and working experience in store development and retail project delivery.
• Understanding of DDA compliance and regulations.
• Good awareness of health and safety requirements and CDM principles.
• Familiarity with planning laws and fire regulations.
• Able to interpret RDG blueprints and apply store format standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of allocated retail projects through the Store Development Team.
• Manage and maintain the project plan, timelines, budgets and critical path.
• Present RDG designs and tendered costs back to retailers with confidence.
• Ensure projects adhere to brand principles and store specifications across brands.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
