Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Store Development Project Manager to deliver retail store development projects field-based across the UK. The role requires coordinating with the Store Development Team to ensure projects meet design specifications, timelines, budgets and brand standards across multiple brands.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage shopfitting processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail store development projects.
• Understanding of store design principles and CAD workflows.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and planning regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver store development projects to agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Brand, Real Estate and Construction.
• Present designs and costs to retailers with confidence.
• Ensure compliance with RDG blueprints and store specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
