Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Store Development Project Manager to lead retail projects field based across the UK. You will coordinate store design specifications, schedules and budgets, working with store teams, suppliers and contractors to drive successful shop developments.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail and knowledge of compliance, safety, planning and brand integrity across all stores.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store development processes and branding principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Understanding of design specifications and shopfitting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain store development process and critical path timescales.
• Deliver shopfitting projects compliant with RDG blueprints and principles.
• Present RDG designs and tendered costs to retailers with confidence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and retailers to maintain brand integrity.
• Ensure health & safety and planning requirements are followed.
