Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is looking for a Junior Project Manager in London to support high-profile retail store openings. The role is hybrid and permanent, offering a pathway to progression into a Project Manager position within a scale-up retail brand.

You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing store openings, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope and budget. Travel to various locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets for new store openings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
