Job summary

Russell Tobin in London is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic programmes focused on product ownership, operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will collaborate with global retail support teams, senior field leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programmes that improve employee and customer experiences across time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience in retail store operations or field leadership is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and change management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

London – Hybrid | 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a global retail organisation and lead strategic programmes focused on product ownership, operational efficiency and customer experience.

You’ll work closely with global retail support teams, senior field leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programmes that support business priorities and improve the overall employee and customer experience.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, project management tools and delivery methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder and change management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working within global, cross-functional teams and across multiple time zones.
