Job summary

W Talent is seeking a Development Project Manager in the UK to oversee retail projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with development, retail operations and infrastructure teams to deliver refurbishments, extensions and major redevelopments across a national estate.

The role requires managing budgets and schedules while ensuring customer experience and commercial performance are optimised, with travel as needed for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in retail, hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with retail, operations and construction teams.
• Commercial mindset with budget control and value delivery.
• Understanding of how physical environments affect customer experience, trading performance and operations.

Responsibilities
