Agile Retail in London is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to drive operational performance across our growing portfolio of stores and retail projects. You'll support end-to-end delivery of openings, ensure stores are ready in people, stock, logistics, systems, and safety, and monitor performance to uphold standards.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires coordinating multiple teams and suppliers while maintaining clear communication between stores, central teams and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced in retail operations across multiple stores, locations or retail projects
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident problem solver who takes ownership
• Comfortable in a fast-moving retail environment
• Experienced coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes
• Strong communicator with store teams, central functions and suppliers
• Commercially aware of how operational execution supports store performance
• Comfortable with health & safety, compliance standards

Aufgaben

• Support new store openings and retail projects from planning through to post-opening
• Ensure stores are operationally ready across people, stock, logistics, systems, compliance and Health & Safety
• Monitor operational performance and maintain consistent standards across stores
• Identify operational issues, take ownership and drive them through to resolution
• Coordinate activity across People, Stock & Supply, Build, Creative and Field Operations
• Manage relationships with operational suppliers and partners
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Provide clear communication between stores, central teams and account teams
• Anticipate operational risks and proactively support solutions
