Job summary

Agile Retail is seeking a Retail Operations Executive in Hammersmith, West London. You’ll drive end-to-end operational delivery for stores and retail projects, taking initiatives from launch to daily operation and supporting multiple teams and partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving to keep stores performing at a high standard.

• Experienced in retail operations across multiple stores or projects.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident problem-solver who takes ownership rather than escalating issues.
• Comfortable working at pace within a fast-moving retail environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with store teams, central functions and suppliers.
• Commercially aware and understands how operational execution affects store performance.
• Comfortable with operational standards, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
• Proactive, curious and focused on improving how things are done.
• Enjoys getting involved, taking accountability and following tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support new store openings and retail projects from planning through to post-opening.
• Ensure stores are operationally ready across people, stock, logistics, systems, compliance and Health & Safety.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain consistent standards across stores.
• Identify operational issues, own them and drive to resolution.
• Coordinate activity across People, Stock & Supply, Build, Creative and Field Operations.
• Manage relationships with operational suppliers and partners.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Provide clear communication between stores, central teams and account teams.
• Anticipate operational risks and proactively support solutions.
