Responsibilities

• Lead trials of new equipment, processes, and ways of working with stakeholders.
• Analyse trial results and make recommendations on next steps.
• Drive successful changes through rollout and verify outcomes.
• Build simple business cases showing time, cost and energy benefits for investment.
• Define operational requirements for shop systems and ensure effective integration.
