Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a People Development Manager for the Retail – North region. You will design and deliver development programs, coaching and upskill store colleagues and managers to drive performance and ROI across the retail network.

This field-based role requires frequent travel across the North region and collaboration with regional leaders. You will champion a learning culture, curate content, and ensure programmes meet ILM quality standards while aligning with business

• Strong project management skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and deliver performance-focused development sessions and coaching for retail audiences (virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with Area & Regional managers to improve KPI delivery and drive development activities.
• Conduct follow-up to inform further learning needs and ROI of interventions.
• Coach individuals for personal and professional development and embed learnings across the group.
