You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver sales targets, manage stock and costs, and build a positive environment that motivates teams and reflects the brand's values.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Develop store teams through internal development programmes and career pathways.
• Help maintain safe and compliant store environment for colleagues and customers.
• Contribute to delivering financial results in line with targets.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations.
• Support cash handling, transactions, and till reconciliation.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Assist with colleague scheduling for proper coverage and productivity.
