Responsibilities

• Scope, design and deliver performance-focused development sessions and coaching activity to retail audiences, virtual and face-to-face
• Work with Area & Regional managers to improve team KPI delivery and identify trends
• Conduct follow-up activity to ensure impact after development interventions and inform further learning needs
• Individual and group coaching focusing on personal and professional development
• Advocate for a learning culture and share learning across the group
• Curate high quality content to encourage social and self-directed learning
• Uphold ILM Assured quality standards in delivering programmes
