Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a People Development Manager for the Retail North region to design and deliver development programs that drive performance. You will partner with area managers to build leadership and operational capability across stores, using data to measure impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering development programs aligned to business goals.
• Ability to analyse learning data to inform program actions.
• Proven track record coaching individuals and groups for performance improvements.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse retail audiences.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple site-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and deliver performance-focused development sessions for retail audiences.
• Collaborate with Area & Regional managers to improve KPI delivery via development activities.
• Conduct follow-up to ensure impact and inform future learning needs.
• Provide individual and group coaching for personal and professional development.
• Model a growth mindset and embed a learning culture across the business.
• Curate high quality content to promote social and self-directed learning.
• Uphold ILM quality standards in program delivery.
