PURESEOUL in London is seeking a Retail Operations & Communications Coordinator to act as the central link between HQ and multi-site stores, ensuring operational standards and clear communications. You will manage store queries, compliance reporting, cross‑department coordination, and store-facing communications, supporting store leaders and safeguarding brand standards across the estate.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail operations and multi-site coordination.
• Strong communication skills with high-volume store queries.
• Experience producing operational documentation and reports.
• Comfortable collaborating with supply chain, facilities and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• HQ–Store communication management: manage inboxes and routes.
• Operational coordination: support rotas, stock, promotions, standards.
• Compliance, reporting & insights: create trackers and reports.
• Incident & issue management: lead urgent operational responses.
• New store opening support: staffing, facilities and documentation.
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail.
• Event, travel & conference coordination: plan agendas and logistics.
• Store visits & stakeholder engagement: support leaders and queries.
• Employee relations support: HR investigations and onboarding/offboarding.
