PURESEOUL, a fast‑growing multi‑brand beauty retailer in the UK, is seeking an organised HR Advisor for our London Head Office. The role focuses on operational HR processes, ER and compliance coordination, and project support in a high-growth environment.

The role is based in London Office (Holborn) with full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30. Salary is £34,000 DOE, with benefits including a pension, employee discounts, and professional development opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Ownership of Employee Relations casework, investigations, documentation, and minutes.
• Manage performance, probation reviews, and attendance monitoring with guidance to managers.
• Provide policy guidance to managers, ensure consistent application and compliance.
• Coordinate mandatory compliance training and track completion for new starters and refresher cycles.
• Draft and revise job specifications, research market rates, and support interview processes.
• Assist with store openings’ compliance, onboarding requirements and safety documentation.
• Maintain HR systems and records to audit-ready standards, with organized files.
• Analyze HR data and trends, flag unusual findings to HR Operations Manager.
• Contribute to long-term HR projects and development of L&D courses.
