Job summary

PURESEOUL, a leading Korean cosmetic specialist in the UK, is hiring a Performance Marketing Coordinator in London. You will drive customer acquisition through paid digital campaigns while delivering performance insights to optimise activity across the business. The role blends hands-on media management with analytics to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.

You'll collaborate with Social, CRM and E-commerce teams to shape future campaigns via reporting, dashboards and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience in performance marketing or paid digital media.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards to provide visibility of marketing performance across the business.
