The Retail Operations & Communications Coordinator at PURESEOUL • The Home of K-Beauty acts as the central link between HQ and a multi-site retail estate, ensuring consistent operational standards, clear communication, and timely issue resolution across all stores. The role manages daily operational queries, compliance reporting, cross-department coordination, and store-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations across multiple sites or store support roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume store queries.
• Experience producing operational documentation and reports.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in supply chain, facilities, and commercial areas.

Responsibilities

• HQ–Store Communication Management: manage shared inboxes/lines and deliver clear store communications.
• Operational Coordination: support daily rhythm, rotas, stock, promotions, and store standards.
• Compliance, Reporting & Insights: create surveys, trackers, and regular performance reports.
• Incident & Issue Management: lead response to urgent operational incidents and coordinate escalations.
• New Store Opening Support: assist staffing, facilities, merchandising, and documentation for openings.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Retail, and E‑commerce.
• Event, Travel & Conference Coordination: help organize travel and agendas for conferences.
• Store Visits & Stakeholder Engagement: support head office visits and store troubleshooting.
• Employee Relations Support: assist HR with investigations and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
