Job summary

PURESEOUL is the home of K-beauty in the UK. We are looking for a CRM & Promotions Assistant to support the planning and delivery of email campaigns, loyalty initiatives and promotional activity across the business.

This in-office role in London requires strong collaboration with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Warehouse and Retail teams. You will build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, craft engaging layouts and copy, QA campaigns, assist with A/B tests, manage customer segmentation, and

Qualifications

• Marketing, CRM and customer engagement experience.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) and ecommerce tools.
• Strong written communication and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering email campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate promotions across stores and ecommerce channels.
• Monitor customer feedback and report on sentiment (Trustpilot, Zendesk).
• Support campaign reporting and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Warehouse and Retail teams.
