PURESEOUL is seeking a Commercial Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across London stores, ecommerce, and wholesale. You will partner with Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to accelerate growth and improve the customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics, strong Excel/BI skills, and experience managing cross-functional projects. This is an in-office London role with a 8:00–16:30 schedule and a salary from £38,000 depending on

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a business analytics role in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience; PMP/Agile is a bonus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyse business performance across stores, ecommerce, and wholesale (sales, KPIs, customer behavior, SKU velocity, inventory movements).
• Build dashboards and reports showing trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support demand planning and merchandising decisions with data insights.
• Analyse promotional performance and pricing impacts.
• Monitor campaign, launch, and merchandising results across channels.
• Map current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
• Propose and help implement workflow enhancements for a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lead or support initiatives related to systems upgrades, tool adoption, and automation.
