Over the next 12 months, we have exciting plans for our retail operations. We are now seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to help maximise these opportunities. Working with the Head of Retail, the Retail Operations Manager will contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating an ambitious and achievable retail strategy with clear delivery plans.
The Hospice’s retail operations currently include 14 shops, a Donation Centre, an eCommerce unit, and a furniture collection service. We are exploring new ways to expand further!
Experience in a charity retail environment is preferable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude are vital.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Some weekend work may be required with prior notice.
