You will deliver best-in-class security services, maintain compliance, and foster a strong security culture aligned with client expectations. The position offers a 50-hour week in a permanent, client-integrated role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security industry.
• Current SIA Front Line licence at Security Guarding level.
• SIA CCTV licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the on-site security team to deliver a proactive and effective security service.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for security matters.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate incident response and maintain security records and reporting.
